Obituary

John Buie, age 65 of Rowland, NC answered the master's call and entered into eternal rest on Tuesday March 29, 2022.

Details related to the Celebration of Life as well as final disposition are as follows: 

The family will receive other relatives and friends during a public visitation on April 8, 2022 between the hours of 12:00pm-4:00pm at the Lawrence Jackson Chapel, located at 201 E. Main Street, Rowland, NC.

 A Service of Celebration to honor his life and legacy will be held on Saturday April 9, 2022, beginning at the hour of 1:00pm at the St. James Missionary Baptist Church, located at 411 Martin Luther King St. Rowland, NC.  

The Interment will follow the funeral service immediately at the Magnolia State Line Cemetery in Hamer, SC.

Services of Comfort have been confidently entrusted to the Lawrence Jackson Funeral Home of Laurinburg, NC.
